Our Hotel is affiliated with the termal baths "Terme Antica Querciolaia", where you can use besides the swimming
thermal pools of sulphureous waters and other types of treatments.

In case of cancellation in delay (not 7 days before arrival, but less) of the 3 days' bookings or in case of no-show or arrivals with delay as a penalty will be charged the first night.
In case of cancellation of 4 days' (or more) bookings or in case of no-show or in delay the sum of 50% of the whole booking will be charged.
