Extra bed Policy

2 Extra Sofa-Beds are available at the rate of 20.00 euro each one per night. The 2 extra Sofa-beds accommodate up to 4 guests.

Low Season [8/1/12-23/2/12 | 28/2/12-31/3/12 | 1/4/12-11/4/12 | 17/4/12-31/5/12 | 5/6/12-30/6/12 | 10/9/12-20/12/12]:
If a reservation is canceled:
-up to 8 days before the arrival date of the guest, no cancellation fee will be charged.
-7 or less days prior to the arrival date of the guest, 50% of the stay's total amount will be charged.
-In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.

High Season [24/2/12-27/2/12 | 12/4/12-16/4/12 | 1/6/12-4/6/12 | 1/7/12-9/9/12 | 21/12/12-31/12/12]:
If a reservation is canceled:
-up to 15 days before the arrival date of the guest, no cancellation fee will be charged.
-14 or less days prior to the arrival date of the guest, 50% of the stay's total amount will be charged.
-In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.

Booking policy for August:
Minimum stay period from the 1st of August to 31st of August is 7 (seven) days.
