Cancellation Policy:
Low Season: (17 April 13 – 31 Oct 13)
Cancellation received by the hotel less than 1 days prior to arrival day, a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night peanalty will be applied for no show and cancellation.

Shoulder Season: ( 1 Nov 13 - 23 Dec 13 )
Cancellation received by the hotel less than 3 days prior to arrival day, a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night penalty charge will be charged for no show and cancellation.

Peak Season: (24 Dec 13 - 7 Jan 14)
Cancellation received by the hotel less than 14 days prior to arrival day, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total room charge will be applied for no show and cancellation.
Cancellation received by the hotel less than 7 days prior to arrival day, a cancellation fee equivalent to the total room charge will be applied no show and cancellation

Remark: Minimum 2 nights stay required on 31 Dec 13 & 1 Jan 14

High Season: (8 Jan 13 - 16 Apr 13)
