Cancellation Policy:
SUMMER - AUTUMN: From 1st May to 31st October no charge is made for cancellations at least 16 days prior to arrival
WINTER - SPRING: From 1st November to 30th April no charge is made for cancellations at least 30 days prior to arrival.

For cancellations from 30 down to 8 days before arrival date the hotel will charge 30% of the entire stay
For cancellations from 7 down to 4 days before arrival date the hotel will charge 60% of the entire stay
For cancellations received from 3 down to 1 days before the arrival date the hotel will charge 90% of the entire stay
In case of no-show the hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation
In case of early departure or late arrival the amount of the entire booked reservation will be charged.

Pets:
Pets are welcome, with an extra charge of Euro 10,00 per animal per night.
