Cancellation Policy
Low Season (1 Nov 13 - 19 Dec 13; 1 May 14 - 14 Jul 14; 16 Sep 14 - 31 Oct 14)
: at least 2 night notice is required or penalty 1 night.

High Season ( 11 Jan 14 - 30 Apr 14 / 15 Jul - 15 Sep 14) : at least 14 night notice is required or penalty 50% of the total booking value or min 1 night (whichever the greater).

Peak Season ( 20 Dec 13 - 10 Jan 14): prepayment is required cancellation at least 21 days or penalty 100%.

No show will carry penalty equivalent to the maximum cancellation charge at a time.
