* Maximum 1 child under 12 years sharing room with parents is free of charge without extra bed only pay for breakfast for child for age 4 - 11 years old is THB 150 net/child/day (pay directly to hotel). But for child sharing room with adult(s) by using an existing bed will charge breakfast @ THB 200 net/child/day.

Minimum Stay Policy

*** Minimum 3 nights stay during peak season (25/ DEC – 10/ JAN) to all room categories.***

CANCELLATION POLICY :
* There is no penalty for cancellation made by 7 days prior to arrival date during low season (16 Apr – 31 Jul, 16 Sep – 19 Dec), 7 days during high season (11 Jan – 15 Apr, 01 Aug – 15 Sep) and 35 days during peak season (20 Dec - 10 Jan). Otherwise, one night charge will be applied for cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival date during low season or less than 7 days prior to arrival date during high season. During peak season, the penalty at 50% of total room charge will be applied for cancellation made less than 35 days prior to arrival date.

NO SHOW POLICY :
* Penalty of 1 night charge will be applied for no-show booking during low season.
* Penalty of 50% from total room charge will be applied for no-show booking during high season (apply for booking with minimum 2 nights. Otherwise, 1 night no-show charge will be applied for booking with 1 night stay during high season).
* Penalty of 100% from entire booking period will be applied for no-show booking during peak season.
