Bahia Vacation Villas is located within the Loreto Bay development near the Sea of Cortez.
Loreto Bay is a walkable community—neighborhoods are designed so that most residents are within a five-minute walk of the neighborhood center, where daily needs like transit stops, work places, retail, community events, leisure activities, and the beach are all readily available.
Streets and buildings—Streets within the neighborhoods and in the development overall are laid out in a modified grid network, allowing streets to be smaller with slower traffic. In most phases, the streets and alleys among homes are completely car-free, which “encourages you to discover hidden courtyards and callejón,” or alleys. On the network of streets is a mix of homes, condominiums, shops, restaurants and offices.

With its location on the Sea of Cortés, the Bahia Vacation Villas offers a variety of outdoor and other amenities. The neighborhoods are car free, perfectly suited to strolling and are connected via meandering, landscaped pathways; that connects the Villas to the main Paseo, the golf course, local businesses, the community pool and three miles of open beach and access to the bay itself for kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving and related activities.
After location, the community’s design is its primary amenity: narrow, walkable streets, lush landscaping and other natural open spaces, vernacular architecture, and a mix of uses allow residents and visitors to move freely and enjoy vistas of the steep mountains and the sea.

• There are no extra charges for children (2 per villa) 12 years old and younger who occupy the same villa as their parents or guardians, using existing bedding.
• Certain areas of the Loreto Bay development are still under construction.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless Bahia is able to re-rent the same property for the same period of time, subject to a $150 cancellation fee.

• Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
• Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
• Check-in time starts at: 4 PM
• Check-out time is: 11 AM
• Minimum Check In age is: 18
• Bahia Vacation Villas could request a separate security deposit. This deposit is NOT applied toward lodging; however is fully refundable within 5 business days of departure, provided the following provisions are met: 1) No damages is done to the Villa or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear; 2) No linens are lost or damaged; 3) All charges accrued during stay are paid prior to departure; 4) Check out is completed with Bahia Villa Vacations front desk and keys to Villa are returned to the front desk; 5) Inventory of villa has been checked and its complete
• Pets are not allowed in villas unless approved by Management. (Contact Management before check in).
• Caters to families.
• Major credit cards (Visa, Master Card and American Express) are accepted by Bahia Vacation Villas for additional charges incurred during a guest’s stay.
