Hotel Policy:

In case there are no double rooms for the requested date, APART rooms are offered at the price of double rooms. If there are no APART rooms available, rooms of “Luxe” category are offered.

Individual bookings: If cancelled not later than 24 hours before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Group bookings: If cancelled not later than 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Conference Hall Cancellation Policy:

If the conference room is booked for a full day (8 hours) the complimentary coffee break will be provided by the hotel. If the event takes place for a few days, complimentary coffee break will be provided for each full 8 hours of the rent.

If 10 rooms of any category are booked, 8-hour rent of any conference hall is provided as a gift.

If the booking of the conference hall is cancelled not later than 5 days before the date of the event, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled less than 5 working days before the date of the event, 30% of the total amount of the booking will be charged.

If it is cancelled within 1 day before the start of the event or on the same day of the event 100% of the total amount will be charged.
