It's a nice and very clean place with friendly staff. Breakfast is really good and included in your price. The room was clean and comfortable.Good atmosphere.

Maxima Irbis hotel offers 96 rooms: from differently furnished Standard rooms to luxurious, perfectly designed Suites. Each Suite is decorated in certain style: «Orange», «Pistachio», «Modern», «Classic». In each room you will find all you need for comfortable staying: sufficient furniture, bathroom, TV, telephone, mini bar, air-conditioning. All Suites are equipped with Jacuzzi where you can pamper yourself while watching TV or having a glass of bubbly champagne which you can order from our room service.

Breakfast is available every morning from 07:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m. on weekdays, from 07:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m. on weekends and holidays. Business Lunch is from the noon till 4:00 p.m. daily. A cozy Lobby Bar area invites you to relax in the comfortable lounge for a drink.

The hotel location offers quick and easy access to the most important Exhibitions and Congress halls of the city thanks to the nearby subway. Many historic and cultural sites are also nearby and are easily accessible by public transport and some are within walking distance.
