Cancellation Policy:
* HIGH SEASON (01.11.12 – 23.13.11, 03.01.13 – 29.02.13): A cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival date. No show will be charged at full stay.
* HIGH SEASON (01.03.13 – 31.03.13): A cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date. No show will be charged at full stay.
* PEAK SEASON (24.12.12 – 02.01.13): A cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date. No show will be charged at full stay.
* LOW SEASON (01.04.13 – 31.10.13): A cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date. No show will be charged at full stay.

- Christmas Eve dinner 24 December : Adult 1600 net per person / child up to 12 years 800 net per person
- New Year’s Eve Gala dinner 31 December : Adult 2200 net per person / child up to 12 years 1100 net per person
