No penalty, if cancellation is received by 30 days prior to arrival date.
25% of the total value will be charged, if cancellation is received by 25 days prior to arrival day.
50% of the total value will be charged, if cancellation is received by 15 days prior to arrival day.
100% of the total value will be charged, if cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to arrival day.
In case of no show, 100 % of the total value will be charged.
In case of early check-out, the full length of stay will be charged.
High Season & Shoulder (01 Nov - 30 Mar):
No penalty, if cancellation is received by 14 days prior to arrival day.
1 night cancellation fee will be charged, if cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to arrival day.
In case of no show, 1 night cancellation fee will be charged.
In case of early check-out, the full length of stay will be charged.
Low Season (01 Apr - 31Oct):
No penalty, if cancellation is received by 7 days prior to arrival day.
1 night cancellation fee will be charged, if cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to arrival day.
In case of no show, 1 night cancellation fee will be charged.
In case of early check-out, the full length of stay will be charged.
