The booking request is usually preserved until 18:00 of the arrival day.
If the guest wants the booking request to be extended till 8:00 am of the next day, guest should pay the first night fee in advance.
If the guest cancels the booking 24 hours before to his/her arrival, the hotel will not charge the guest.
If the guest cancels the reservation after 24 hours prior to his/her arrival, the hotel will charge the guest and there will be no refund.
If the guest neither came, nor made the booking cancellation, the hotel will charge the guest, and there will not be any refund.
