- Child age 0 - 2 years old stay FREE with parents, including FREE breakfast (no extra bed is provided)
- Child age 3 - 11 years old sharing same bed with parents pay for ABF @ THB 330 per person per day (no extra bed is provided)
- Child age 12 years or older will be required to pay for an extra bed.
- Max. 1 extra child per room (max. total occupancy per room = 3)
- Baby cot can be provided upon advance request and is free of charge.

Airport Shuttle Policy

Airport Transfer : Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport to / from Hotel (per vehicle per way)

Minimum Stay Policy

The following dates requires min. 2 nights per stay.
- February : 23 - 24 Feb
- April : 6 - 7 Apr ; 13-16 Apr
- May : 4 - 5 May
- July : 20 - 22 Jul
- August : 10 - 11 Aug

- Surcharge +25% applies for 13 - 16 April.
- Mandatory + THB 4,000.- per room Gala Dinner Charge (2 pax.) applies for 13 Apr only.

Cancellation Policy :
- Low Season (01 Apr - 31 Oct): at least 3 nights advance notice required or penalty 50% of total stay or equivalent of 1 night charge (whichever the greater).
- High Season (03 Jan - 31 Mar): at least 7 nights advance notice required or penalty 50% of total stay or equivalent of 1 night charge (whichever the greater).
- Peak Season (22 Dec - 02 Jan): at least 14 nights notice required or penalty 100% of total stay.
- No show will carry penalty 100% of the total stay.
