Cancellation Policy:
There is no penalty for cancellation made by 14 days prior to arrival date during low season (16 Apr – 15 Jul, 16 Sep- 19 Dec), 21 days during high season (6 Jan– 15 Apr, 16 Jul-15 Sep) and 35 days during peak season (20 Dec - 10 Jan). Otherwise, one night charge will be applied for cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival date during low season or less than 21 days prior to arrival date during high season. During peak season, the penalty at 50% of total room charge will be applied for cancellation made less than 35 days prior to arrival date.
No show Policy:
Penalty of 1 night charge will be applied for no-show booking during low season.
Penalty of 50% from total room charge will be applied for no-show booking during high season (apply for booking with minimum 2 nights. Otherwise, 1 night no-show charge will be applied for booking with 1 night stay during high season).
Penalty of 100% from entire booking period will be applied for no-show booking during peak season.
