If the extra person or child is above 12 years old, the additional charge is US$ 68+17.70% per bed per night including daily breakfast at Café Mozu. This needs to be applied even if the guests refuse to have an extra bed. |

Tower Club Lounge Privileges: daily continental buffet breakfast at Tower Club Executive Lounge from 6 am to 11 am or daily full buffet breakfast at Café Mozu restaurant, light lunch buffet from 1200 pm to 3 pm, afternoon hi tea from 3 pm to 6 pm, complimentary alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks at lounge from 6am to 6pm, complimentary wireless internet access in the lounge.

Please be informed that at "The Tower Club Lounge," the following dress is not permitted: sandals, flip-flops or birkenstock (only fully covered shoes for gentlemen), athletic or sport uniforms, ripped clothing, shorts for gentlemen, sleeveless T-Shirts for gentlemen, backpacks and luggage. Kindly note that similar dress code applies for children.
Cancellation policy: cancellation must be made two days before arrival date otherwise one night penalty will be charged from given credit card in case of non-arrival or late cancellation.
No show penalty fee is equivalent to 1 night accommodation charge if the guest fails to check in and fails to cancel the booking in advance.
Occupants policy: maximum 2 adults without charge for Superior room.
Balcony policy: balcony doors will be opened upon personal request. Balcony usage form needs to be signed.
New Year Cancellation Policy 2012:
minimum 3 consecutive night stay is required on the nights of 28 and 31 Dec 2012.
Any cancellation or amendment of the bookings that covers the stay period of 28 Dec 12 – 1 Jan 13 inclusive can be made within 7 Dec 2012 inclusive without penalty fee.
A full deposit for all bookings, with the stay period overlapping the nights of 28 Dec 12 – 1 Jan 13, is required to be received on 7 Dec 2012, otherwise the room reservation will be released automatically.
Any cancellation made from 8 Dec 2012 onwards (for the bookings with stay period overlapping the nights of 28 Dec 12 – 1 Jan 13) full penalty fee will be applied for cancellation or no show and no refund will be made. The full deposit will be forfeited.
Bookings made from 8 Dec 2012 with the stay period overlapping the nights of 28 Dec 12-1 Jan 13 onwards will have to be prepaid immediately in full in order to confirm the reservation and this full prepayment is non refundable.
