During the Fair reservation the guest needs to make deposit or provide guarantee by credit card in advance (deposit limit headed by night room charge). If guest needs to make change or cancellation, it should be done 15 days in advance by written notice, with double confirmation, otherwise the hotel will charge the first night charged as empty room. Room reservation confirmation by both parties should be done within 7 days, after any changes or cancellation may not be applied, otherwise the deposit will not be returned.
