Cancellation Policy for Low Season (01/04/2012 – 05/04/2012, 17/04/2012 – 12/07/2012, 01/09/2012 – 25/10/2012): If cancelled up to 8 days prior to the arrival date of the guest, no fee is charged. If cancelled 7 days or less before the arrival date of the guest, 50% of the stay's total amount is charged. In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.

Cancellation Policy for High Season (06/04/2012 – 16/04/2012, 13/07/2012 – 31/08/2012, 26/10/2012 – 31/10/2012, 21/12/2012 – 31/12/2012): if cancelled up to 15 days before the arrival date of the guest, no fee is charged. If cancelled 14 days or less before the arrival date of the guest, 50% of the stay's total amount will be charged. In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.
