Cancellation/Amendment of Reservation
1) Reservation without remittance in advance can be cancelled on the premise that the hotel receives the notification of cancellation from the reservation maker in the form of mail or fax.
2) Reservation with bank transfer can be cancelled on the premise that the hotel receives the notification of cancellation from the reservation maker in the form of mail or fax seven days or earlier before the cancellation is verified.
3) Reservation with bank transfer can be amended on the premise that the hotel receives the notification of cancellation from the reservation maker in the form of mail or fax three days or more earlier before the cancellations verified.
4) No cancellation or amendment of reservation shall be made when none of the three cases that are depicted by the three terms above takes place.
5) The reservation maker, notification maker, remittance or bank transfer maker shall be the same person.
