1. Once you have chosen hotel you would like to stay in, you can contact this hotel via direct communication. inLOBBY offers the following tools for making direct contact with hotels:

  • e-mail, send mail to any hotel from the list just by clicking on the icon,
  • live chat, separate window opens for you to chat to hotel clerks and clarify any info,
  • phone call, free of charge phone call directly from our website, 
  • video call, this can be final touch for decision making, just like you're in hotel LOBBY

2. Yes, it's safe to use your personal credit card in our website. We use all the traditional security protocol servers to protect your credit card information.

3. All you have to do is to fill in minimal information about you (name, surname, birth-date, country, etc), create your login and password. Once all this is done, your personal account will be created.

4. After the booking is done, you can log in into your personal account, mark your latest cancellation, submit the booking code and click on a cancellation button. It should be noted that before making any bookings all users are asked to look through the cancellation policy of the chosen hotel.
