These Rules and Regulations hereunder form the Agreement between inLOBBY platform and the website’s users in refer to participation in Photo Contest. It is strongly recommended that every user looks through the following Rules before proceeding with the participation in Photo Contest. With respect to translation of these Rules into any language other than English, the original English version will prevail and apply in the event of a dispute about any provision mentioned hereby. inLOBBY reserves the right to make amendments into its Rules and Regulations upon its intention. By participating in this Contest, all entrants agree that their data and photos, provided in this Contest, may be used for advertising and promotional activities by inLOBBY, as well as accept the following Rules and Regulations:
Contest is open only to all individuals who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.
The participant, tending to participate in this Photo Contest, must submit a clear photo with the participant on this photo. A title and geographic location of the photo must also be included.
One photo entry per person is valid. Contestants who submit more than one photo are subject to disqualification.
The entrant represents, acknowledges and warrants that the photo does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the photo.
Blurry photos may be removed by moderators at their discretion. The photo can maximum contain two persons and in this case the participant should indicate which one he/she is.
Fake accounts and votes accepted from suchlike accounts will be detected and deactivated as a result of fraud monitoring by technical support team of the Photo Contest.
The photo containing material that is inappropriate, indecent or obscene will be disqualified. Photos which contradict to morality or ethics and the demonstration of which is restricted by laws and regulations will be removed by moderators.
If the photo is removed by the participant, all votes received for the photo will be definitively lost.
There is a limit of one vote per person for each photo per day. Upon completion of the Photo Contest all the votes are counted, and the winners will be three participants with the most votes.
inLOBBY hereby informs that upon the completion of the Photo Contest, the photos of contest winners and bonus holders will be actively promoted in frames of marketing campaigns of inLOBBY.com, which includes promotion via social networks and other sources as well. inLOBBY hereby confirms that photos of the contest winners will not be utilized for any other purposes, except for marketing campaigns in reliable sources.
Upon the completion of the Photo Contest and finalization of all votes, the winners will be contacted by the email address, they provided during the registration, and will be notified of the successful results. The winners will be requested to provide then their Identification card, full contact details, on the basis of which they will be provided with Hotel voucher and air ticket voucher which will be issued to their email addresses. These vouchers will serve as a bond that a named customer has the right to take a specified service at a specific time and place and will be subject to be presented to Service providers by the winners.
Apart from the 1st three place winners, several bonus prizes are entitled to be presented to participants. More detailed information on bonus prizes is provided in the section of Prize.
It should be noted that the participants, who turned out to win both any kind of bonus and winner prizes, will gain only one prize.
All Prizes must be accepted as awarded, without substitutions or transfers, and cannot be converted to cash. Any additional cost incurred in using a Prize is the winner’s responsibility.
Users may leave comments about a photo on the corresponding page and field. Such comments may serve as indicators of photo assessment and also for forming a ranking of photos according to users’ comments. Such comments will be removed or else edited if they are abusive, violate privacy and/or contain falsehoods and inaccuracies. Fake and non-real comments will not be accounted.
inLOBBY contest support team preserves the right to moderate the comments upon its own discretion.
inLOBBY GmbH is not responsible for stolen, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries.
Deadline for submitting entries is February 1st, 2012. The finalists will be announced on February 15, 2012. The winners will be able to get their prize starting from March 5 to March 20, 2012.
